Develop learning strategies and methodologies that promote the technical and behavioral growth of corporate employees, aligned with Cinemark Brazil's objectives.
Design and manage training and development programs, using the Distance Education platform (EAD) as the central tool to expand the reach and effectiveness of development initiatives.
Map and select strategic partners and vendors, contributing to the continuous evolution of the Cinemark Academy and ensuring the quality of the educational solutions offered.
Support the area's Business Partner in creating and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and collective initiatives, in partnership with all Company Directorates.
Monitor and analyze the area's performance indicators, preparing management reports to support the Human Resources Directorate's decision-making.
Anticipate business trends and needs, proposing development solutions that strengthen organizational culture and prepare teams for future challenges.
Ensure governance and compliance across all Cinemark Academy programs, guaranteeing adherence to internal policies and market best practices.
Develop plans to consolidate a digital mindset across the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with learning methodologies and development learning paths.
Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System), including content uploads, user management, etc.
Ability to build, monitor, and interpret the area's KPIs.
Experience with tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, among others.
