About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation, organization, and maintenance of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage the cleaning team and contact vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate the setup and organization of meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are always ready for use.
- Manage and purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other consumables, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Provide support for internal events and assist with visitor reception.
- Arrange corporate travel logistics (ticket purchases, hotel reservations, etc.).
- Oversee receipt and dispatch of materials, equipment, and correspondence.
- Assist in resolving any delivery discrepancies.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate with suppliers of products and services, always seeking the best value for money.
- Issue purchase orders and track orders through to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative routines, with experience in procurement and logistics.
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with management systems (ERP) is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in logistics will be a strong advantage.
