About the role
- Support the company's master data governance
- Participate in projects to review and create processes for the area
- Support master data setup/maintenance for suppliers, customers, materials & equipment, and employees
- Perform data analysis and develop dashboards for the area
- Respond to support tickets related to Master Data
- Identify and develop solutions, aligning with requests, analyzing processes, and guiding internal stakeholders to adhere to governance rules
Requirements
- Completed degree with certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI
- Experience with master data entry/maintenance
- Experience with TOTVS Datasul
- Knowledge of PDM — maintenance records (equipment, parts, and services)
