• Maintain close relationships with exhibitors, clients, suppliers, internal interface teams, and distributors.
• Monitor the entire pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales process.

• Assist with DOOH campaigns: mapping, scheduling, and checking.

• Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision making, and recommend improvements to HR leadership.
• Partner with the Learning team and HRBP in facilitating leadership training and development programs to enhance managerial skills and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborates with senior management to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Oversees employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement action plans.
