About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various systems to prepare reports.
  • Update and monitor key area metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, hires, terminations, training & development, personnel costs, and others.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to track metrics.
  • Support analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support automation and maintenance of reports and controls.
  • Respond to information and metric requests from internal stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Support compensation studies for salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and job classifications.
  • Review and update job descriptions.
  • Support consolidation of information for the annual personnel budget and its revisions.
  • Update controls and monitor monthly actuals versus budget.
  • Support analyses of personnel cost variances, identifying inconsistencies and providing insights for decision-making.
  • Update financial controls related to payroll and personnel costs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and key metrics.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
