About the role

  • Drive regional trade compliance strategy and execution across EMEA and APAC
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with logistics, legal, finance, and commercial teams
  • Oversee customs and export operations including licensing and duty optimization activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on customs classification and trade agreements
  • Identify and mitigate trade-related risks while monitoring geopolitical developments
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs for compliance
  • Guide enhancements and regional adoption of trade compliance systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international trade, supply chain, business, law, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience managing trade compliance programs across EMEA and/or APAC
  • Expertise in customs regulations and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • Proven success managing complex multi-regional projects
  • Strong knowledge of customs classification and duty optimization strategies
  • Experience with trade compliance systems such as Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)
  • Fluency in English.
