About the role
- Support the transformation of our strategic Talent Agenda into dynamic, high-impact programs and projects
- Drive operational excellence by orchestrating governance, upholding best-in-class standards, proactively mitigating risks
- Design and steer comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and swiftly addressing emerging challenges
- Conduct monthly and quarterly operational reviews, adapting strategies to stay ahead of evolving business needs
- Ignite change by partnering with Communications and HR Business Partners to deliver impactful change management initiatives
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- 3+ years supporting People & Culture initiatives
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- Experience working with enterprise HRIS platforms and advanced People & Culture technologies
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Jira or Asana
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, influence outcomes, and drive cross‑functional alignment
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with excellent attention to detail
