About the role
- Lead and manage the Services Project Management team for EF&I deployment projects
- Drive achievement of service target margins and accurate revenue recognition
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams for project management expertise
- Coordinate across internal teams and customer project management teams
- Develop EF&I project forecasts based on sales and manufacturing input
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project aspects
- Mentor, train, and develop entry-level and less senior Deployment Project Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven expertise in Optical Deployment Project Management
- PMP certification considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
