About the role

  • Lead implementation activity for large scale and/or complex deals
  • Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines
  • Coordinate work with functional area leaders and monitor and report on project status and issues
  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
  • Drive sales and solution strategy as an Implementation SME
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building relationships and through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, project health, key risks, adjustments, and progress

Requirements

  • 5 + years senior level client delivery experience, preferably in a related field
  • Strong track record in managing large scale or complex projects
  • People management experience (Preferred)
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy as well as a keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage Implementations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other project management software e.g., Smartsheet
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills – high emotional intelligence
  • Articulate and ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Formal Project Management qualification (Preferred)
