Update client records.
Register data for internship programs, keeping the database up to date.
Direct visitors to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to the services requested.
Answer clients' questions about products and services.
Provide customer service and register new clients.
Assist in maintaining the database (client registration).
Support technical promotion of products.
Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp regarding processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus.
At least 1 year remaining until graduation (eligible to intern for at least one year).
