Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders and other cross-functional teams
Monitor metrics and proactively provide insights to the Sales leadership team, highlighting top-performing regions and identifying drivers behind over- and under-performance
Develop data-driven recommendations on topics including forecasting, growth and churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
Play a pivotal role in the annual strategic planning process by making recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring and growth, and improving sales productivity
Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools to enable more structured management of Wellhub’s commercial activities
Work hands-on with data while also owning sales strategy and planning
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or equivalent experience
Fluent in English, as you will collaborate with international stakeholders across regions
Experience building business models and performing advanced analyses
Ability to present and defend recommendations credibly and persuasively with senior leadership
Proactive: able to seek information, solve conceptual problems, marshal resources, and deliver results in challenging situations
A team player who collaborates effectively across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles
Salesforce knowledge: prior experience using Salesforce as a CRM
