About the role

  • Own full P&L and lead growth strategy for the Salesforce practice
  • Define and execute new offerings, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate pipeline and win new clients
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Establish delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key client accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Lead architects, project managers, and consultants; manage resource allocation and utilization
  • Track KPIs (revenue, margin, utilization, backlog) and streamline delivery operations
  • Manage offshore and contractor resources to scale while controlling costs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting or technology leadership, with deep Salesforce experience
  • Proven experience managing consulting services P&L
  • Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience (Patient Engagement Services, Commercial Operations/Sales & Marketing)
  • Strong background in delivery management, client engagement, and solution architecture
  • Skilled at building high-performing teams and scaling
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and client relationship management
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment (preferred)
