About the role

  • report into the Senior Manager & Team Lead, Business Banking
  • work closely with a Relationship Manager, Business Banking to support client origination
  • assist with client specific financing and cash management solutions
  • perform financial analysis while developing a solid understanding of targeted industries
  • support business development initiatives with a focus on meeting growth targets
  • identify business opportunities and financing solutions to meet the needs of the client
  • assist the Relationship Manager in coordinating sales activities for both existing and prospective clients
  • promote and demonstrate the use of digital banking options

Requirements

  • completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • well-developed knowledge of a full range of credit products/ services
  • lending practices and credit analysis
  • compliance standards and ability to read/interpret financial statements
  • well-developed knowledge of sales practices
  • experience in a professional fast-paced sales and service environment
