About the role
- Build relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals
- Connect with clients to identify opportunities for full relationships
- Participate in community events to build CIBC presence
- Proactively manage and grow a sales pipeline of business banking opportunities
- Engage with clients to understand financial needs and provide solutions
- Support existing clients and seek new client acquisition through referrals
- Attend local events to heighten CIBC brand awareness
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
- Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services
- Knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis
- Completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
