About the role
- Lead and coach a team of Mobile Financial Service Representatives at CIBC kiosks located within multiple Costco Warehouses
- Deliver exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships
- Focus on sales of CIBC deposit accounts
- Uncover referral opportunities for our banking centres
- Create a positive and productive working environment
- Monitor business performance and implement action plans to close gaps
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Well-developed sales management and advisory coaching experience and skills
- Solid understanding of sales and sales management processes
- Knowledge to ensure efficient and effective client experience while maximizing business opportunities
- Current accreditation in good standing Mutual Funds License
- Certification of Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada and Branch Managers’ Course (BMC) or Branch Compliance Office Course (BCO) is an asset
