About the role
- Manage daily activities and coordinate resources as the primary point of contact for CPIC administrative matters.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop tailored procedures and oversee headcount and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Associate-level employees supporting Investment Counsellors.
- Ensure effective consultation and service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Experience in the brokerage industry
- Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills
- Understanding of Private Wealth Management strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
