About the role

  • Manage daily activities and coordinate resources as the primary point of contact for CPIC administrative matters.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to develop tailored procedures and oversee headcount and resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Associate-level employees supporting Investment Counsellors.
  • Ensure effective consultation and service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in the brokerage industry
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of Private Wealth Management strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
