About the role
- Build, develop and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Business Advisors and/or Associate Business Advisors
- Grow the portfolio of business banking clients by developing new business, credit and cash management opportunities
- Ensure advice and appropriate products/solutions are provided to clients
- Build a capable and motivated team through proactive talent management
- Promote CIBC and build a strong reputation in the market
Requirements
- Experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking in credit structuring
- Proven business development skills with a track record of success
- Advanced knowledge of risk and credit portfolio management
- Completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong client and relationship management skills
- Engaging and solution-oriented attitude
