About the role

  • provide new and existing clients with an exceptional client experience
  • help business clients meet their immediate and long term business goals
  • identify opportunities to deepen the CIBC relationship and increase client loyalty
  • ensure clients’ financial, credit needs are met
  • proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business only connections
  • develop and manage a sales pipeline of diverse business banking opportunities
  • engage with assigned portfolio, partner referred and other prospective clients
  • deliver trusted advice and financial solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • support existing clients and continuously seek new opportunities for client acquisition
  • heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community through local events and outreach activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
  • strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services
  • knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis
  • established network in the local business community
  • completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
