About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, epics, and user stories
- Write Epics and User Stories based on documented user experience processes for development
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements and user expectations
- Provide end-user support, respond to queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
- Develop clear business requirement documents and facilitate workshops to communicate requirements
- Conduct user research, collect and analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable designs
- Develop user flows and tie to Epics, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Create clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces applying design best practices and brand guidelines
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Partners, and developers to ensure proper technical implementation
- Plan and execute usability tests to identify friction points and improvements
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed design decisions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience working in agile teams, with an understanding of rituals and the importance of continuous collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end framework and SalesForce
- Nice to have: Experience creating or maintaining Design Systems
- Nice to have: Experience with writing user stories or with the INVEST technique
- Nice to have: Ability to design animations and microinteractions to enhance the user experience
