About the role
- Bring visions to life with creative process and strategic thinking to design top-notch products
- Engage with clients in workshops to clarify digital strategy and product goals
- Drive product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs (customer journeys, wireframes, UI, brand, animations)
- Craft intuitive user journeys, flows, and wireframes and turn them into polished, development-ready designs
- Use design systems and UI libraries to bring product ideas to life
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams and connect with international clients
- Deliver visually stunning, pixel-perfect designs for mobile and web
- Conduct user research and validate prototypes when needed
- Join a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experience designing products end-to-end: mapping customer journeys to pixel-perfect UIs
- Confidence using Figma as a daily design tool
- Strong UI & UX skills backed by a portfolio
- Excellent technical and interaction design skills
- Solid knowledge to handle complex design systems
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles
- Comfortable collaborating in an Agile team to define, design, and ship features
- Clear, confident English communication skills to collaborate with international clients
