About the role

  • Develop and customize backend services, modules, and APIs for the DXP platform, ensuring clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability
  • Implement and optimize integration layers (middleware) to guarantee seamless connectivity with CRM, ERP, analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Design and maintain proper data modeling, security, and scalability strategies for CMS-driven content
  • Optimize performance and reliability of backend services, applying caching strategies, database indexing, and distributed system design
  • Support the implementation of workflows, content approvals, and role-based permissions
  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions, focus on modularity, reusability, and headless approaches
  • Maintain proactive communication with CI&T and client teams, aligning technical decisions with business priorities
  • Participate in ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of .NET (C#)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies (Redis, CDN)
  • Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Advanced/Fluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday
