About the role

Architectural Leadership: Define, design, and document front-end architecture for enterprise-scale web applications integrated with Adobe EDS and AEM.
Champion performance and accessibility: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, edge caching.
Ensure alignment with accessibility (WCAG 2.1), security, and compliance.
Solution Development: Build modular, reusable components; Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud services (Target, Analytics, AJO).
Implement responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform solutions.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional teams; mentor developers; code reviews.
Technical Strategy: Stay current with Adobe tech, CI/CD, automated testing; advocate deployment improvements.

8+ years of professional front-end development experience; 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) front-end development, or similar headless content delivery systems.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), including configuration, deployment, and integration.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Solid understanding of API integration patterns (REST/GraphQL), asynchronous data handling, and caching strategies.
Experience with performance optimization and lazy loading for large-scale applications.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization.
Preferred Skills Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Architect or AEM Sites Developer).
Expertise of headless CMS architectures and JAMstack approaches.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integration.
Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead by influence and foster collaboration across teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
