About the role
- Curate, structure, and categorize large datasets to improve accessibility and business value.
- Analyze and optimize data-driven processes that improve service lead quality.
- Support the design and evaluation of predictive maintenance opportunities through exploratory analyses.
- Conduct proof-of-concept studies to validate predictive models and business cases.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and aftersales teams to integrate predictive insights into operational tools.
- Document methodologies, categorizations, and insights to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with hands-on work in data curation, categorization, and management of large datasets.
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and system integrations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating business impact.
- Nice to have: Experience in the automotive sector or aftersales services.
- Nice to have: Prior work with predictive maintenance models or IoT-driven datasets.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems.
