About the role
- Facilitate communication between the development team and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Oversee the development team’s progress through the collection and analysis of metrics.
- Ensure the execution of Scrum rituals and ceremonies.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management (scope, timeline, and quality) using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency in Scrum and agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).
