About the role
- Facilitate collaborative ceremonies and dynamics (inception, planning, refinement, retrospectives).
- Support the Product Owner and team in clarifying objectives, risks, and priorities.
- Drive alignment between areas (UX, Architecture, Business, Data) and ensure smooth communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Encourage co-creation and learning during the discovery process, reinforcing a focus on customer value.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress.
- Help the team improve delivery predictability and quality.
- Monitor agile metrics (lead time, throughput, capacity, team satisfaction) to promote continuous improvement.
- Foster autonomy and a shared sense of responsibility within the team.
- Serve as a guardian of agile principles and values, supporting the maturation of agile culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
- Practical experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team dynamics.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and flow metrics.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to promote engagement, continuous learning, and a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
