About the role
- Ensure project progress is synchronized with the expectations of internal clients;
- Ensure technology processes comply with SOX;
- Maintain the quality of deliverables;
- Ensure the application of agile methodology in the software development process;
- Ensure the implementation of Scrum methodology supported by the JIRA tool;
- Plan, facilitate and lead project meetings;
- Act as an interface between the PO/PM and development areas, ensuring that client requests are correctly translated for those responsible for development;
- Promote effective and assertive communication among the various parties involved in projects;
- Monitor and identify potential issues during project development, point out deviations and propose measures to reorganize the project;
- Promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) within project teams according to delivery cycle cadence (sprints), developing action plans and tracking progress on identified items;
- Ensure project development is aligned with the activities that have the greatest business impact, always supporting the PO/PM with prioritization;
- Keep the Product Backlog organized and refined together with the PO/PM;
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, easily accessible and available to stakeholders;
- Ensure the project folder architecture is standardized and populated with the mandatory inputs for project conception, maintaining curation and keeping documentation up to date;
- Gather information related to the Project Portfolio;
- Build and present project indicators/KPIs to stakeholders, making them available to everyone with a focus on visual management;
- Help the team achieve higher maturity levels in agile methodologies;
- Promote and deliver training on internal processes and topics related to agility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technological degree in areas such as Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science.
- Acceptable: degree background in engineering or business administration.
- Required: PSM I certification or equivalent; prior experience with SAFe and Kanban.
- Intermediate English required.
- Nice to have: additional certifications and courses in agile methodologies beyond PSM I or equivalent (which is mandatory), and basic programming knowledge.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience leading agile projects.
