Ensure the implementation of the SCRUM methodology with support from the JIRA tool
Plan, facilitate, and lead project meetings
Act as an interface between the PO/PM and development teams, ensuring that client requests are accurately translated for those responsible for development
Promote effective and assertive communication among the various parties involved in projects
Monitor and identify potential issues encountered during project development, highlight deviations, and propose plans to reorganize the project
Promote continuous improvement (kaizen) within project teams according to delivery cycle frequency (sprints), define action plans, and track progress on identified issues
Ensure that project development aligns with the activities that have the greatest business impact, always supporting the PO/PM in prioritization
Keep the Product Backlog organized and refined together with the PO/PM
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, easily accessible, and available to stakeholders
Ensure that the project's folder/drive architecture is standardized and populated with the mandatory inputs required for project conception, maintaining curation and up-to-date documentation
Collect information related to the Project Portfolio
Build and present project metrics/indicators to stakeholders, making them available to everyone with a focus on visual management
Help the team reach higher levels of maturity in agile methodologies
Promote and deliver training on internal processes and topics related to agility
Requirements
PSM I certification or equivalent
Prior experience with SAFe and Kanban
Intermediate English required
Education: Bachelor’s degree or technological degree in fields such as Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Acceptable: background in Engineering or Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience leading agile projects
