Ensure adoption and implementation of the Scrum methodology supported by Jira;
Plan, facilitate, and lead project meetings;
Act as interface between PO/PM and development teams, ensuring client requests are accurately translated to those responsible for development;
Promote effective and assertive communication among all project stakeholders;
Monitor and identify potential issues during project development, highlight deviations, and propose reorganization or corrective actions;
Promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) within project teams according to delivery cycles (sprints), creating action plans and tracking progress of identified items;
Ensure project development aligns with the activities that have the highest business impact, supporting the PO/PM in prioritization;
Keep the Product Backlog organized and refined together with the PO/PM;
Ensure all project documentation is complete, easily accessible, and available to stakeholders;
Ensure the project folder structure is standardized and populated with the required inputs for project setup, maintaining curation and up-to-date documentation;
Gather and validate information related to the Project Portfolio;
Develop and present project metrics/KPIs to stakeholders and make them available to everyone with a focus on visual management;
Help the team reach higher levels of maturity in agile methodologies;
Promote and deliver training on internal processes and topics related to agility.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or technological degree in fields such as Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or Computer Science;
Acceptable: background in Engineering or Business Administration;
Required: PSM I certification or equivalent; prior experience with SAFe and Kanban;
Intermediate English required;
Nice-to-haves: additional certifications or courses in agile methodologies beyond PSM I (which is mandatory); basic programming knowledge;
Professional experience: At least 3 years leading agile projects;
Preferred experience in projects involving technology content, software development, systems integrations, legacy system management, Marketing vs IT demands, accounting and tax system implementations, and infrastructure projects.
