Support the development and enhancement of Features.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process.
Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
Requirements
Fluent communication in English to engage both with Agile Teams and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Healthcare platforms, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
A consultative and proactive mindset, with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
Experience working in digital consulting environments is a plus.
Comfort using or a willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Experience with American Healthcare Systems, including knowledge of their functionalities and integrations such as HIPAA, EDI and Claim Management is nice to have.
Familiarity with Development practices that support digital platforms is nice to have.
Experience working in environments with multiple teams, using frameworks such as SAFe is nice to have.
