About the role
- Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs.
- Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
- Support the development and enhancement of Features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English to engage both with Agile Teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare platforms, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A consultative and proactive mindset, with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
- Experience working in digital consulting environments is a plus.
- Comfort using or a willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
- Experience with American Healthcare Systems, including knowledge of their functionalities and integrations such as HIPAA, EDI and Claim Management is nice to have.
- Familiarity with Development practices that support digital platforms is nice to have.
- Experience working in environments with multiple teams, using frameworks such as SAFe is nice to have.
