About the role
- Configure and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment platforms.
- Serve as subject matter expert for user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations.
- Monitor system usage and generate accurate reports for stakeholders.
- Provide first-line technical support and user education for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
- Track applicant flow, time-to-fill, and other key recruitment metrics.
- Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
- Proficient in system configurations, workflows, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation.
- Effective problem solver and independent contributor.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements.
