Interact with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues and with application users to understand requests;
Provide short-term (workaround) fixes for issues in production environments, restoring operations with the urgency required by the business;
Identify and resolve root causes to prevent recurrence of known issues, thereby ensuring continuous operational improvement;
Seek opportunities for day-to-day improvements, both small and large, ensuring the support team's time is spent on value-added activities rather than repetitive tasks;
Provide N3 (Level 3) support.
Requirements
Development experience with Oracle (PL/SQL)
Knowledge of Oracle APEX
Experience supporting complex technical solutions composed of multiple components, involving different teams and communicating via various integration types (services, queues, files)
Experience with Azure DevOps
Backend: Java 11 – Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, Maven, JPA, JUnit and Mockito
Frontend: Angular 8 or higher, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON
