Take full ownership of social channels (especially TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube), manage content calendar and work with the Chief Brand Officer to define public-facing voice and persona.
Champion a player-first approach to community and act as the bridge between players and the development team.
Create engaging, trend-aware content with strong focus on short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts): brainstorm, script, capture gameplay, film, edit, and publish.
Collaborate with development and art teams to source assets and create compelling visual materials.
Engage directly with community across platforms to foster a positive, loyal, and excited player base.
Track social media KPIs, provide regular insightful reports, and use data to refine content strategy and demonstrate growth.
Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends, platform updates, and gamer culture to proactively identify opportunities to innovate and leverage growth.
Adapt to fast-paced environment, pivot content plans in real-time, and apply a data-informed mindset to learn from performance.
Requirements
3+ years of social media management experience within the games industry.
Proven portfolio of growing a brand on TikTok and X with creative, platform-aware content.
Shipped at least 1 title (AA or AAA) in a marketing or community capacity.
Genuine, player-first mindset and deep passion for video games.
Strong understanding of online gamer communities.
Excellent knowledge of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable: exceptional hands-on content creation skills, including video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and basic graphic design.
Desirable: strong knowledge of and passion for the Soulslike/Action-RPG genre.
Ability to work fully remote and within core working hours 10am-4pm CET.
