Social Media Manager

• Design, own, and execute complete social media strategy for CI Games titles, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Take full ownership of social channels (especially TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube), manage content calendar and work with the Chief Brand Officer to define public-facing voice and persona.
• Champion a player-first approach to community and act as the bridge between players and the development team.
• Create engaging, trend-aware content with strong focus on short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts): brainstorm, script, capture gameplay, film, edit, and publish.
• Collaborate with development and art teams to source assets and create compelling visual materials.
• Engage directly with community across platforms to foster a positive, loyal, and excited player base.
• Track social media KPIs, provide regular insightful reports, and use data to refine content strategy and demonstrate growth.
• Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends, platform updates, and gamer culture to proactively identify opportunities to innovate and leverage growth.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment, pivot content plans in real-time, and apply a data-informed mindset to learn from performance.
