About the role
- Deliver defined revenue and profitability targets for AHAN feed additive sales in Canada.
- Set sales targets for each distributor and customer; develop and execute strategic plans to achieve them.
- Apply the CSP Sales Process, including pre-call planning, preparation meetings, and structured sales execution.
- Use Salesforce CRM to capture customer data, generate leads, convert opportunities, and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to leverage C&D resources and capabilities.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Marketing, or a related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in feed additive or animal health sales
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
- Demonstrated success in achieving top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and external stakeholders, preferably within feed additive or animal nutrition/health segments
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Language: French (Preferred)
