💰 $19 - $30 per hour
About the role
- Haul agronomy and grain products to local customers
- Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading
- Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks
- Conduct and properly record repairs and maintenance tasks
- Regularly inspect in-use equipment
- Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
- Deliver products ensuring accurate and on time deliveries
- Keep work areas and vehicles in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- Conduct regular housekeeping duties
- Complete appropriate record keeping
- Perform grounds maintenance and warehouse work
- Report any customer complaints or safety concerns
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Agriculture background preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
