💰 $15 - $23 per hour
About the role
- Assist in running daily operations during harvest
- Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location
- Prepare trucks for loading/unloading
- Control and monitor all load out functions
- Conduct and properly record daily maintenance tasks
- Inspect in-use equipment for leaks
- Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
- Maintain work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Complete appropriate record keeping
- Perform grounds maintenance and general warehouse work
- Report customer complaints or safety concerns to supervisor
- Promote strong safety culture and follow all policies and procedures
Requirements
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
