💰 $51,800 - $82,800 per year
About the role
- Oversee daily agronomy operations and enforce safety rules
- Establish daily operating policies consistent with overall broad policies and objectives
- Collaborate work direction across employee groups and departments
- Direct operational activities according to divisional objectives
- Maintain record keeping logs on all facility equipment
- Evaluate and make recommendations to improve existing programs of housekeeping, safety and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
