About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Dispatching of drivers and applicators
- Manage operations according to divisional objectives
- Act as liaison between General Manager and department managers
- Manage the workforce through responsible training and clear job assignment
- Oversee and ensure inventory is in place
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
- Identify and communicate workplace hazards
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Agribusiness/Location management or Grain Sales experience preferred
- Ability to motivate and lead team members
