SEO Marketing

• Develop the SEO strategy together with the SEO team, including scalable content architectures and international indexing and crawl management.
• Analyze the impact of LLM-based search systems on visibility, traffic and user journeys and derive concrete optimization approaches.
• Drive data-informed improvements to international search performance and evaluate new ranking signals, display formats and traffic shifts.
• Produce robust analyses, dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders' decision-making on complex developments.
• Support strategic SEO initiatives from concept to rollout and collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Content, Data and other internal teams.

• Get to know your team members through regular 1:1s and understand where each person wants to grow
• Run annual Growth Talks with each direct report — setting development goals together and following up on progress throughout the year
• Conduct performance reviews and assign performance ratings
• Drive the promotion process for team members who are ready — building the case and managing expectations
• Do meaningful code reviews that raise the bar and help junior and intermediate developers level up
• Own technical direction for your (sub)domain — driving architecture decisions, technical design reviews
• Collaborate closely with the Area Tech Lead and Principal Engineers to shape technical direction beyond your immediate team
• Contribute hands-on to complex technical challenges when needed

Team Lead Development

Business Analyst

• You analyze the entire buyer funnel - from traffic and awareness through conversion, retention, and LTV. This includes cohort analyses, segmentations, and customer journey views that give the Growth team a precise picture of demand development
• You evaluate marketing activities across all channels - brand, paid, CRM, PR, social, and SEO - and assess channel efficiency based on ROAS and incrementality measurement
• You work closely with controlling. You maintain and provide commentary on plan figures, develop scenario analyses on demand changes, and actively shape budget allocation
• You sit in the BI team. Your closest interfaces are: Growth & Marketing (primary stakeholder), Controlling (co-pilot for planning and budgeting), Senior Leadership (recipient of your insights)
• You don't wait for briefings - you independently identify efficiency and growth opportunities, develop concrete recommendations, and bring them to discussions with marketing and senior leadership.
