• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, serving as a primary point of contact.
• Resolve partner issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business goals.
• Draft, review, and administer partnership agreements in support of company objectives.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in advising the Marketing Manager on partnership strategy, program design, and execution.
• Analyze and interpret partner performance data to provide actionable insights to management.
• Recommend and implement standardized evaluation criteria, improvement processes, phase-out mechanisms, and incentive programs to optimize performance.
• Identify trends and areas of opportunity to enhance partner performance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the Sr Project Manager to represent the company at city events and professional gatherings.
• Support the identification and recruitment of new partners that align with Chowbus’s growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to partner relationships, agreements, and performance outcomes.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support, including preparing internal reports and updates for leadership.
