About the role
- Manage internal reporting
- Analyze market data, consumer trends
- Collaborate with Senior Category Development Manager on key internal deliverables
- Oversee category performance and innovation for Chobani
- Monitor competitive activity, identifying gaps and recommending actions to maintain category leadership
- Ensure accurate product categorization and coding in NielsenIQ or similar syndicated data platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of consumer packaged goods experience with at least 2+ years of category management or analytical experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
- Proficient with syndicated data sources including NielsenIQ, Circana, 84.51, Scintilla
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- Willingness to travel on occasion
