About the role
- Owns Supply Chain Talent Strategy: Talent assessment, succession planning, and performance processes
- Partnering with PBPs and Supply Chain Leaders, identifies critical roles & Top Talent
- Translates talent insights into targeted development actions and talent-related decisions
- Provides expertise in organizational changes and advises on org design enhancements
- Owns Supply Chain-specific Leadership Development programs
- Partners with PBPs, Supply Chain leaders, Enterprise L&D and contributes to executive governance
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to diagnose needs and translate them into solutions
- Experience designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders, supervisors, or managers
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
