About the role
- lead by example and inspire, train, and support your team to deliver stellar service
- contribute ideas to improve the menu and promote employee engagement
- ensure high standards of food and beverage preparation and service
- maintain inventory operations including ordering and stocking
- manage opening and closing procedures and financial reporting
- develop and maintain efficient weekly schedules
Requirements
- at least 5 years of leadership experience in food service or retail (bonus points for managing a café or coffee shop)
- customer service experience (a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!)
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
