Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate information from multiple data sources.
Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders.
Support ongoing performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and post-period analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.
Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting.
Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and documentation standards.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and requests while aligning with team guidance and organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling)
Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets
Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
Experience in CPG industry is preferred
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
