About the role
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that enable performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate information from multiple data sources.
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Support ongoing performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and post-period analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting.
- Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and documentation standards.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and requests while aligning with team guidance and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling)
- Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets
- Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Experience in CPG industry is preferred
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
