Architect

• Conduct comprehensive code enforcement reviews, inspections, and plan reviews for architectural and accessibility compliance
• Review construction feasibility and code compliance, provide comments, and ensure sustainability and reliability
• Address complaints, violations, disputes, and maintain accurate records of code violations and actions taken
• Document all deficiencies and prepare detailed reports of observations and enforcement actions with associated code references
• Maintain a record of observed deficiencies and actions taken and provide weekly briefings on status
• Interpret, explain, and enforce provisions of the construction codes, standards, and regulations to clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
• Conduct pre-construction site walks to identify architectural and accessibility issues during scope development and document findings
• Perform as-built / redline document reviews to verify changes and ensure accuracy
• Assist in code development and implementation and provide technical advice to ensure building projects comply with the necessary codes
• Prepare estimates of extra work as applicable and prepare related sketches and documentation as required

• Identify and record any non-compliance issues during testing
• Coordinate with other inspectors, code enforcement officials, contractors, and participate in necessary meetings
• Travel to facilities for meetings, site walks, inspections, and commissioning activities
• Provide design support, investigate accessibility complaints, and support accessibility task forces under the direction of the government’s Building Code Official (BCO)
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to achieve goals and anticipate client needs
• Support government construction projects through diligent and proactive service delivery

Electrical Engineer

• Perform code enforcement design and construction reviews
• Conduct surveys of existing areas and facilities
• Conduct design reviews and code compliance inspections
• Witness code-required testing
• Assist in code development and implementation
• Execute small systems designs
• Carry out electrical code compliance inspections of all projects
• Evaluate equipment and controls technology selections and strategies
• Inspect and evaluate electrical designs and installations
• Act as a subject matter expert on electrical design, construction, and operation for power generators
• Provide quality assurance through audits and inspections
• Prepare reports on code enforcement activities
• Maintain accurate records of code violations and actions taken

Project Manager

• Oversee BAS, Controls, and other system automation designs, shop drawings, programming, and installation.
• Manage in-house engineering designs and deliverables according to budgets and schedules.
• Act as a creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented thinker, understanding and achieving goals while anticipating client needs.
• Conduct design reviews, submittal reviews, review and facilitation of training plans, and complete O&M manual reviews.
• Review and provide comments on designs for configuration, reliability, and redundancy.
• Ensure programming and execution of Automation systems meet design intent for functionality and quality.
• Support BAS systems as well as whole building commissioning efforts on related projects.
• Provide quality assurance to ensure compliance with client criteria, codes, standards, and policies and procedures.
• Serve subject matter expert (SME) in Automation systems and integration.
• Ensure your team’s adherence to company processes and policies.
• Implement risk management programs for our clients.
