About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an Owner’s Representative to our DoD customer
Review the work of other BAS contractors providing QA/QC support
Provide BAS expertise and opinions to the customer directly
Deliver quality work via Commissioning / Emulation, Testing, and Simulation
Maintain and improve client relationships
Ensure Building Automation systems are optimized

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience with BACnet, LON, MODBUS or other related HVAC or industrial automation
A High School Diploma and 10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Requires at least 4 years of experience with field installation, maintenance or programming BAS
Must have knowledge of Automation Networks
Requires proficiency in configuring, maintaining and calibrating Building Automation technology components
