About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Chinook’s integrated growth engine across all Lines of Business
  • Develop and execute an integrated business development and marketing strategy aligned with Chinook’s strategic plan
  • Define priority markets, agencies, and strategic accounts
  • Establish annual pipeline and revenue growth targets
  • Develop BD roadmaps with each Line of Business
  • Lead Chinook’s outward-facing business development activities
  • Develop executive-level relationships with agency leaders, facility owners, and strategic partners
  • Lead capture strategy development for major pursuits
  • Oversee Chinook’s marketing strategy to strengthen market visibility
  • Ensure sales and marketing materials support Chinook’s growth strategy
  • Establish disciplined governance for Chinook’s growth activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, General Contracting, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, capture management, or growth leadership supporting public sector clients (federal, state, local)
  • Demonstrated success developing pipelines and winning public contracts including GSA Schedules, IDIQs, MATOCs, and set asides
  • Strong understanding of Federal planning and procurement lifecycles and FAR/DFARS compliance requirements
  • Experience selling Maintenance, Repairs and Services, Construction Procurement and Installation, and Engineering services
  • Experience leveraging CRM, pipeline management, and market intelligence platforms
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint)
  • Valid State Issued Driver's License and ability to travel to various customer sites
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance
