About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Chinook’s integrated growth engine across all Lines of Business
- Develop and execute an integrated business development and marketing strategy aligned with Chinook’s strategic plan
- Define priority markets, agencies, and strategic accounts
- Establish annual pipeline and revenue growth targets
- Develop BD roadmaps with each Line of Business
- Lead Chinook’s outward-facing business development activities
- Develop executive-level relationships with agency leaders, facility owners, and strategic partners
- Lead capture strategy development for major pursuits
- Oversee Chinook’s marketing strategy to strengthen market visibility
- Ensure sales and marketing materials support Chinook’s growth strategy
- Establish disciplined governance for Chinook’s growth activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, General Contracting, Engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, capture management, or growth leadership supporting public sector clients (federal, state, local)
- Demonstrated success developing pipelines and winning public contracts including GSA Schedules, IDIQs, MATOCs, and set asides
- Strong understanding of Federal planning and procurement lifecycles and FAR/DFARS compliance requirements
- Experience selling Maintenance, Repairs and Services, Construction Procurement and Installation, and Engineering services
- Experience leveraging CRM, pipeline management, and market intelligence platforms
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint)
- Valid State Issued Driver's License and ability to travel to various customer sites
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance
