• Build ITSCM as a core enterprise capability, embedding consistent processes, standards, and accountability across global markets.
• Lead the identification and tiering of critical IT services in partnership with business partners.
• Ensure IT Service Continuity Plans are created, maintained, and owned for all critical services.
• Define and implement a structured ITSCM testing and exercising programme, including technical recovery tests and scenario-based crisis simulations.
