About the role
- Report to the Director of International Services and Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with at least 400 practices and over 1,300 providers
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with community providers
- Gather and disseminate strategic insights to inform strategic opportunities
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify territory trends and leading indicators of dissatisfaction for clinical service lines
- Help develop initiatives to offset leakage by fostering and building relationships with community practices
- Identify upstream opportunities to increase referrals and work with the Director to act on them
- Develop newly prioritized relationships while maintaining current strategic relationships
- Utilize data and CRM tools to inform territory strategy and referral growth
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 or more years' experience
- Previous physician office work, sales, customer service, pharmaceutical sales (pediatrics a plus), medical center marketing, medical device sales, hospital experience or nursing
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Preferred customer relationship management tool experience
- The ideal candidate will live within the region and be able to work onsite as needed
- Seasonal influenza vaccine is a condition of employment; must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to MMR and varicella and/or without evidence of Tdap since 2005; must supply immunization records (medical/religious exemptions can be discussed)
- A drug screen will be performed upon hire
