Report to the Director of International Services and Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with at least 400 practices and over 1,300 providers
Build and develop strategic partnerships with community providers
Gather and disseminate strategic insights to inform strategic opportunities
Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify territory trends and leading indicators of dissatisfaction for clinical service lines
Help develop initiatives to offset leakage by fostering and building relationships with community practices
Identify upstream opportunities to increase referrals and work with the Director to act on them
Develop newly prioritized relationships while maintaining current strategic relationships
Utilize data and CRM tools to inform territory strategy and referral growth
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
7 or more years' experience
Previous physician office work, sales, customer service, pharmaceutical sales (pediatrics a plus), medical center marketing, medical device sales, hospital experience or nursing
The ideal candidate will live within the region and be able to work onsite as needed
Seasonal influenza vaccine is a condition of employment; must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to MMR and varicella and/or without evidence of Tdap since 2005; must supply immunization records (medical/religious exemptions can be discussed)
