Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own end-to-end financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) for GTM functions across B2C and B2B
• Build and maintain financial models to assess CAC, LTV, payback, ROI, funnel conversion, and marketing attribution
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions around pricing, customer segmentation, and expansion strategies
• Lead monthly business reviews with commercial leadership, delivering insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic projects including pricing strategy, incentive compensation design, and channel optimization
• Support pivotal investment decisions in sales, marketing, and commercial operations to optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value
• Partner with Accounting to align forecasts with broader corporate objectives; investigate and resolve variances vs. budget as part of month-end close
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine GTM operating model, focusing on sales productivity, pipeline efficiency, and lead conversion
• Own revenue planning processes including territory design, headcount planning, quota setting, and commission planning
• Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to measure and drive GTM performance
• Drive continuous improvement in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Braze, SalesLoft) and implement data governance to ensure CRM data integrity
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing leadership and liaise with Product and Tech teams to prioritize tool enhancements
• Lead initiatives supporting both B2C and B2B revenue growth strategies with financial insights and operational improvements

Senior Manager, GTM Finance and Strategy

Community Manager

• Manage and deliver on the community vision and strategy to drive engagement and retention
• Lead the Community Team in executing strategy for in-person and virtual events, activating local leaders, and supporting member self-organization
• Partner with cross-functional teams (including Clubhouse and Events Production) to enable team success
• Uphold and enforce operational infrastructure using Monday.com, budget templates, and data review to track goals
• Manage people leaders and team members, conduct 1:1s, and deliver coaching and professional development plans with Chief Experience & Product Officer
• Serve as point of contact for community-related Member and Guide escalations
• Judiciously manage a budget, approve expenses and contracts, and report Budget vs. Actual monthly
• Report to the Chief Experience & Product Officer; manage Community Team from October 2025 through March 2026
